Blueberry Chia + Oats Bliss Bowl

Mornings never tasted so good! Try this Blueberry Chia and Oats bowl for your next morning meal. It’s packed with omega 3s, potassium, and protein. It’s a really perfect hormone balancing bowl of yum!

Directions below.

1/4 cup gf oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1-2 Tbsp tahini
Cardamom powder
1 date chopped up
Frozen blueberries

Toppings:
Blueberries
Low sugar granola
Coconut yogurt
Bananas
Pumpkin seeds
Coconut shreds

Mix all into a pot and add toppings, and enjoy.
